Cancellations and returns
We have a 14-day return and cancellation policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you cancel the sale contract, we will reimburse to you the costs of the product, costs of delivery will only be reimbursed on domestic orders. Cost of delivery and return will not be reimbursed on International orders. Reimbursements will happen without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Shipping costs for a return will not be refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return due to failure to pay local import fees
Prices for our products are subject to import and customs fees for orders outside the European Union. These fees are calculated by your local customs office based on the original purchase value. Requests to lower the declared value to avoid these costs are against the law and will not be taken into consideration.
If you do not agree with the import or customs fees charged by your local customs office, or you are late with paying these fees, our shipping carrier will automatically return the shipment to us. In this case the shipping carrier will charge us with additional shipping costs. Both the original shipping costs and the additional shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Shipment costs for international orders will not be reimbursed in case of return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
